Lottie, a pitbull mix born during the time of COVID-19, with resulting socialization issues, is the the perfect candidate for fostering Olympic Peninsula Humane society staff said. Lottie is non-aggressive towards humans but is nervous and anxious and could use some help getting adjusted to being around other animals and people.
