Toyota scored five runs in the fifth, two in the sixth and one in the seventh to make it interesting.

”We wrapped up the Gonzaga mid summer classic with a win against Toyota Baseball Club. This was a great experience for our guys getting to play at one of the premier facilities in the Northwest in Patterson Baseball Complex at [Gonzaga],” said coach Karl Myers.

”We had a ton of time off the field to bond as a group and I felt this was a huge step forward for our Club against some of the top teams in the state. Proud of how our kids fought and battled through some adversity, I think we’re in a great place heading into our last tournament of the summer next weekend in Clackamas,” Myers said.
