STATE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND: PA boys swim team places; EJ’s Massie second in state

The Port Angeles boys swim team finished eighth in the state 2A swim meet held at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way this weekend. Also, East Jefferson’s Logan Massie is declared the winner on points over Kaleb Hernandez of Royal at the Mat Classic in the Tacoma Dome on Saturday. Massie went to win his semifinals match and qualify for the state championship match. He finished second in the state in the 1A 170-pound division.
