The 21st annual Dick Brown Memorial Baseball Tournament began at the Lincoln Park fields in Port Angeles Saturday. Twenty teams from as far as Bellevue and Edmonds are competing. The two-day tournament winds up with the championship games in each division scheduled for 4 p.m. today.
