SEQUIM — Sequim remained undefeated in the Olympic League by beating Kingston 4-3 in boys tennis action Monday.
The Wolves dominated singles competition by winning all three matches.
No. 1 Donovan Lee defeated Kingston’s Tyler Shuey 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
No. 2 Matthew Richards beat Chris Daniels 6-2, 6-4.
And in the No. 3 match, Victor Lam topped Spencer Bowlus 6-0, 6-3.
The Buccaneers won three of the four doubles matches, but Sequim’s No. 4 duo of Nick Johnson and Jerry Bryan beat Ryan Nash and Ryan Daniels to give Sequim the win.
Also in doubles play, Kingston’s Kyle Hamal and Jordan Mick beat Brandon Payne and Eli Berg 6-0, 6-3; Patrick Daniels and Justin Herrera defeated Aran Burke and Royhon Agostine 6-1, 6-4; and Sean McCanna and Keenan Clark defeated Kevin Cassal and Dan Willis 6-2, 6-1.
Sequim is now 7-1 on the season.

PORT ANGELES — The Vikings came to Port Angeles on Monday and left with a 5-2 win over the Roughriders.
Port Angeles was led by Michael and Marcus Konopaski, who remain undefeated on the season.
Also winning for the Riders was No. 2 singles player Jeremy Choe.
“We were right there in a couple of other matches, but couldn’t get over the top,” said coach Brian Gundersen.
The Konopaskis defeated C.J. Butler and Gus Cardoso 6-4, 6-1.
Choe beat Zach Kuntz 3-6, 6-2, 6-2.
For North Kitsap, singles No. 1 defeated Alex Brown 7-6, 6-2; and No. 3 Matt Cragg beat Nick Fritschler 6-3, 6-4.
In doubles action, the Vikings’ No. 2 duo of Tanner Moretty and Nathan Foster defeated Kevin Herzog and Brady Konopaski 6-4, 5-7, 6-3.
No. 3 team Jacob McCowen and Adam Lemmon defeated Hayden Kays-Erdmann and Daniel Manwell 6-1, 7-6.
And No. 4 Josh Benson and Nick Butler defeated Micah Needham and Matthew Hendry 6-1, 6-2.
Port Angeles hopes to rebound today when it hosts North Mason.

SEQUIM — The Loggers weren’t at their sharpest Monday but they managed to leave Sequim victorious.
“We did what we call ‘winning ugly,’” Crescent coach Alex Baker said.
“We did what it took to win the match.”
The Loggers won the first two games 25-23 and 25-11. The Wolves took the third game 25-23, before Crescent finished the game with a 25-19 game.
For Crescent, libero Kelly Belford was 21 of 21 serving with one ace.
Shannon Williams served 17 for 19 with five aces, five blocks, four tips and nine kills.
Bonny Hazelett had four aces on 12 for 14 serving with four aces and four kills.
Catherine Youngman was 10 for 12 with two aces and two kills.
Next up, the Loggers host Quilcene.
Baker said he hopes the win over Sequim JV serves as a building block that will prepare Crescent for league play, which starts next week.
Also on Monday, the Sequim C team beat the Crescent JV squad 2-1.
