Sports: Roughriders lose opener in final seconds

PORT ANGELES — Shorewood quarterback Shawn Tracy completed a 65-yard pass to Wade Gurnett with 33 seconds remaining, breaking a 14-14 tie and lifting the Thunderbirds over Port Angeles in a nonleague football game Saturday night.

Shorewood won 21-14 at Civic Field.
