SPORTS: Crescent boys fall to King’s JV at Port Angeles basketball tourney Wednesday

PORT ANGELES — King’s held off Crescent 55-43 in the first round of the first Port Angeles Winter Classic Tournament on Wednesday.

The Loggers played King’s point-for-point in the second half but 17 turnovers in the first half sealed their fate Wednesday.

“We didn’t take care of the ball like we should have in the first half,” Crescent coach Darren Heaward said.
