BREMERTON — Port Angeles claimed victories in 10 of 12 events and outscored Olympic in nine of 12 events to remain undefeated in Olympic League girls swim action with a 121-62 victory on the road.
Port Angeles (5-0, 5-1) earned two more state-qualifying times with a dominant showing in the 100 freestyle.
Jaine Macias won the event with a time of 57.44 seconds, while teammate Taylor Beebe also earned a trip to state by finishing second in 57.84 seconds.
The Riders also picked up seven additional district-qualifying times.
Beebe and Macias flip-flopped results in the 50 free, with Beebe (26.56 seconds) winning the race and Macias second (27.16).
Lum Fu picked up a win and a district time in the 100 butterfly (1:09.82), and also won the 1-meter dive with 173.5 points.
Hailey Scott (6:14.10) and Kylee Reid (6:14.46) qualified for districts and finished first and second in the 500 free.
Sierra Hunter qualified for districts in two events. She won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:09.94 and finished fourth in the 100 free with a time of 1:09.82.
Carter Juskevich won two events, the 200 free (2:07.37) and the 100 breaststroke (1:11:11).
Port Angeles’ 200 medley relay team of Beebe, Juskevich, Macias and Erin Edwards finished first with a time of 2:01.08.
Ashlee Seelye (2:34.19) also won the 200 individual medley for the Riders
Port Angeles swims at North Kitsap (5-0, 6-0) on Thursday with first place in the Olympic League on the line.

North Mason 2, Port Angeles 0
BELFAIR — The Roughriders missed out on an important three points in their road loss to the Bulldogs.
“The game was an even contest in the first half, as both teams fought for control of the midfield and were not able to capitalize on early chances,” Port Angeles coach Scott Moseley said of Thursday’s game.
“The main focus of the [defense] was Olympic League scoring champ Tegan Daviscourt, who was marked throughout the game by Cheyenne Wheeler. Daviscourt was held scoreless in the game.”
North Mason took the lead on two similar plays that ended with shots from the Riders’ right side of the field.
Moseley said Port Angeles was not able to mount effective play in the final third of the field and finished the game with 15 shots to North Mason’s 20.
“Their second half was better than ours,” Moseley said.
“We made too many simple mistakes that compounded into giving up goals.”
Moseley praised goalkeeper Madelyn Wenzel for her work in the net.
“Mads had her best game in goal, including an incredible leaping, diving save in the second half,” Moseley said.
Wenzel ended the game with 16 saves.
The Riders (2-4, 6-4) sit in fifth place in the Olympic League and travel to North Kitsap (5-1, 10-1) on Tuesday as they start the second half of the league season.
Volleyball
Port Angeles 3, North Mason 0
BELFAIR — The Roughriders put together a three-game sweep of the Bulldogs 25-17, 25-13, 25-17.
“The girls played strong tonight and with confidence,” Port Angeles coach Christine Halberg said of Thursday’s match.
“It was good to see that.”
Kiana Robideau led the Riders attack with nine kills, nine aces and a block.
Emily Johnson notched five kills and had four aces for Port Angeles, while setter Callie Hall added 12 assists.
Genna Orr, Aeverie Politika, Devin Edwards and Brennan Gray all had one kill apiece.
The Riders’ JV team won 2-1.
Port Angeles (2-5, 2-6) visits league-leading North Kitsap (6-0, 7-1) on Tuesday.
