NEAH BAY — Neah Bay senior Abraham Venske put up all 19 of his points in the first half to lead the Red Devils to a 76-33 win over Clallam Bay.
Venkse shot an efficient 7 of 9 from the floor and hit all five of his free-throw attempts in Tuesday’s game.
Neah Bay (6-0, 15-2) is the North Olympic League champion and will play a Tri-District game on Tuesday at Port Angeles High School against either Tulalip Heritage, Mount Vernon Christian, Crosspoint or Evergreen Lutheran.
Ryan Moss added 12 points for Neah Bay and Kenrick Doherty Jr. hit for 11, including three third-quarter 3-point baskets.
Jericho McGimpsey, Rwehabura Munyagi Jr., John Reamer and Reggie Buttram each added eight points for Neah Bay.
Kelly Gregory led Clallam Bay with nine points, Sam Signor scored seven and Devin Diehl and Caiton Smith had six apiece.
The Bruins will play in a loser-out Tri-District play-in game Friday at Shoreline High School.
They will face the loser of tonight’s game between Cedar Park Christian (Mountlake Terrace) and Providence Classical Christian in the District 1 tournament.
Girls postseason update
Tuesday’s Neah Bay-Clallam Bay girls game was canceled.
The Red Devils are the North Olympic League champs and will play a Tri-District game on Tuesday at Port Angeles High School against either Orcas Christian, Shoreline Christian, Seattle Lutheran or Muckleshoot.
The Bruins face a loser-out Tri-District play-in game Friday against the loser of tonight’s game between Seattle Lutheran or Muckleshoot in the District 2 tournament.

QUILCENE — A trio of issues conspired to trip up the Rangers in a SeaTac League tournament loss to the Saints.
The loss ends Quilcene’s season.
The Rangers struggled on each end of the court in Monday’s game.
“Bottom line, we didn’t have the defensive effort from the entire unit, we didn’t take care of the ball and our shooting percentage was poor,” Quilcene coach Briana Weller said.
“You just don’t win games doing that.”
Senior Sammy Rae topped the Rangers with 14 points.
She led the SeaTac league in rebounds this season with 12.4 per game and assists with 3.6 per game, and was fifth in steals with 2.1 per contest.
Megan Weller added 13 points. She finished the year as the league’s No. 3 scorer with 18.4 points, was third in assists with 3.1 per game and fourth in steals with 2.3 per game.
Katie Love scored six and Emily Hitt added five points.
Briana Weller was disappointed in the result, saying the game was one the Rangers (13-8) should have been able to win, but, she added, “This group of ladies finished out the season with the best record the Rangers have seen in quite a few years.”
