Neah Bay wins state 1B football title

TACOMA — Senior Titus Pascua rushed for 187 yards, including a 73-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, to lead Neah Bay to a 36-28 victory over Almira/Coulee-Hartline in the Washington state prep football championships.
