LEFTIES: Port Angeles drops a pair to Ridgefield, Walla Walla

PORT ANGELES — The Lefties got off to a good start against the Walla Walla Sweets Friday night, taking a 1-0 lead into the fourth inning, but the Sweets plated seven runs over the next two innings and went on to win 11-3 at Civic Field.

It was the fourth straight West Coast League loss for the Lefties. Port Angeles also lost 4-2 Thursday night on the road against Ridgefield, though the Lefties got some good pitching in that game.
