GYMNASTICS: Port Angeles/Sequim/Crescent team competes at Sehome Invite

BELLINGHAM — A combined Port Angeles/Sequim/Crescent gymnastics squad just missed finishing in the top three at the Sehome Invitational.

Sehome won Saturday’s meet with 157.15 points, while Columbia River was second at 151.05 and Ballard third at 146.3. Port Angeles/Sequim/Crescent finished with 140.7 points.

Top finishers were by Emma Sharp of Sequim, who finished ninth in the vault with a score of 8.0. Sequim freshman Kori Miller finished 10th in the bars with a score of 6.10 and Sharp was 10th in the floor exercise with a score of 8.3.

The team will next compete at the WOWI Gymnastics meet in Auburn on Saturday.
