GYMNASTICS: Klahhane Xcel Gold team takes first in Everett

EVERETT — The Klahhane Gymnastics Xcel Gold Team placed first over the weekend at the Realm Classic, hosted by Coastal Realm Gymnastics in Everett.

Klahhane Gymnastics Xcel Gold team, made up of Carly Mae Riggs, Paytynn Lindley, Gracelyn Goss, Lainey DePiro and Raynee Ciarlo ,scored a team score of 110.325.

Eight-year-old Riggs received the highest all-around score of her session with a 37.05 and received a leotard and a sparkle crown. She was first on the vault and beam, second on the bars and fourth on the floor exercise.

DePiro was second on the bars and beam, and fifth on the vault and the floor. She was second in the all-around with a 36.625.

Lindley was third on the bars and beam, sixth on the vault and fifth in the all-around with a 35.65.

Goss was first on the bars and sixth on the floor, while Ciarlo was third on the bars and sixth on the floor. She was also sixth in the all-around with a 35.4.

The Klahhane Gymnastics Xcel Silver team, made up of Harper Waterkotte, Rayleigh Thomason, Abi Odland and Emily Bair, scored a team score of 110.600.

Thomason was first in the all-around with a 37.2. She was first on the bars, the beam, second on the floor and third on the vault.

Bair was second in the all-around with a 36.95. She was second on the beam and fourth on the vault and floor.

Odland had an all-around score of 36.55 to finish third. She was second in the bars, fourth on the vault and floor and sixth on the beam.

Waterkotte had an all-around score of 36.4, also finishing third in her age group. She was second in the beam, third in the bars and third on the floor.

The Klahhane Gymnastics Xcel Bronze team, made up of Zayleigh McCullem, Laquoia DePiro, Makinlee Thomason and Lorelei Sanders, scored a team score of 107.70.

Makinlee Thomason was second on the floor, fourth in the beam, eighth on the vault and 10th on the bars. She finished fifth in the all-around with a 35.85.

McCullem was fourth on the vault, fifth on the floor, ninth on the bars and 10th on the beam. She finished sixth in the all-around with a 35.25.

Laquoia DePiro had an all-around of 34.7. She was sixth on the beam and seventh on the vault, bars and floor.

Sanders had an all-around of 36.3. She was third on the vault, seventh on the bars and beam and ninth on the floor.

The Klahhane Gymnastics Xcel Platinum team, made up of Harper Hilliker, Elyse Brown, Mariah Traband, Daylen Williams and Scarlett Sullivan scored a team score of 105.865.

Sullivan was second in the all-around with a 35.85. She was first in the vault, second on the bars and fourth on the floor.

Hilliker was fifth in the all-around with a 35.725. She was first on the beam, second on the vault, fifth on the floor and seventh on the bars.

Brown was fifth on the floor and bars and sixth on the vault. Traband and Williams were fifth on the floor.
