Forks’ Parker Browning was recognized by his team and school last week after scoring his 1,000th career point for the Spartans.

Browning, a 6-foot-3 senior, has had eight 20-point games for the Spartans this season and is averaging over 18 points a game.

He scored exactly 18 points on January 17 to hit the 1,000-point mark.

Browning has helped his Forks teammates have a solid season, too, as the Spartans are 11-5 overall and a 3-2 record in the Evergreen 1A League.
