FORKS — A wrestling camp for youth ages 5-18 will be held at the Spartan Gym, 261 Spartan Ave., June 28-29.
The Dam Wrestling Camp will be led by Oregon State University wrestlers Brandon Kaylor and Gary Traub.
Kaylor was a four-time Washington state champion in high school and most recently reached the Pac-12 Finals and made his second NCAA Tournament appearance.
Traub is the Beavers’ team captain and won a Pac-12 championship in 2022.
The cost is $20.

Youth hoops camp set
PORT ANGELES — Boys entering grades three through eight in the 2022-23 school year are eligible for the Port Angeles Youth Boys Summer Basketball Camp Monday though Thursday.
The camp is a fundraiser for the Port Angeles High School boys basketball program.
Campers will meet at the Port Angeles High School gym with those in third through fifth grades attending from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. each day. Registration for those grade levels will run from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. June 20.
Players in sixth through eighth grades will register at 11 a.m. on June 20 and will train from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day.
The cost is $60 per player and includes a camp T-shirt, games, contests, instruction and more.

BMX open house Saturday
PORT ANGELES — Those interested in learning about BMX racing and opportunities at Lincoln Park BMX Track can attend a BMX Registration Day and open house from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Helmets and bikes can be borrowed.
The open house will cover the sport of BMX, how it works, equipment, riding the track and how races are held.
Registration for a free race will run from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Racing will start at 5:15 p.m.; membership is not required for this event.
This event is for all kids age 2 and older who can ride a balance bike or a pedal bike. If kids bring their own bike, it needs to have the kickstand removed.
Lincoln Park BMX will host its annual Race for Life double points race Sunday. Registration runs from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Race fees are $20. Proceeds go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
