Softball clinic Feb. 3 in Port Hadlock

East Jefferson Little League registration

PORT HADLOCK — Registration is underway for East Jefferson Little League’s baseball, softball and T-Ball options for players ages 4-16.

A $10 early bird discount is available through Wednesday.

Registration is $75 for T-Ball and $100 for all baseball and softball divisions. A discount of $10 per sibling is available for families with a limit of five children.

Softball clinic Feb. 3

PORT HADLOCK — A free softball clinic for beginning players ages 7-to-10 with zero to one years of experience playing the game will be held Feb. 3.

The clinic will be held at the East Jefferson Little League fields, 84 Elkins Road, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The focus will be on fundamentals of throwing, catching, hitting and fielding.

Players should bring a glove, bat and batting helmet plus water and snacks.

A few bats and helmets will be available.

Players are asked to register in advance, but same-day registration will be available at 12:15 p.m.
