This cultural phenomenon, which early on was called road rage, has evolved into a form of obtuse freedom where entitlement and anger, the main components, are expressed in speeding.
This anti-community, anti-government, counter-regulatory sentiment is used to hold citizens veritable hostages on the streets and in the homes that at one time gave them security and refuge.
What are the percentages?
We all would have varied estimates of the perpetrators involved.
This much is certain, it is one symptom in the ongoing fragmentation of community.
