The Peninsula Daily News and Peninsula News Network begin a series of “Meet The Press”‘ voter forums before live audiences starting at 6 p.m. today at the Sequim Community Center, 190 W. Cedar St.
Sequim School Board and City Council candidates will be interviewed in separate segments by three journalists from the PDN and PNN. The public is invited.
The forum will be taped for later broadcast on Wave Broadband cable channel 3.
It coincides with today’s mailing of about 35,000 ballots countywide in Clallam’s Nov. 4 general election. The punchcard ballots in the all-mail election must be returned or postmarked by Nov. 4.
