SEQUIM — Bridge Builders founder Mindi Blanchard will offer “Geriatric Care Management and Guardianship” at the next WOW! Working on Wellness radio forum set for 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday on KSQM 91.5 FM.
Bridge Builders provides a variety of fiduciary services and membership for those who are independent but need a local emergency contact.
They also can provide care management and act as power of attorney, trustee or court-appointed guardian.
Their goal is to keep clients independent while coordinating the support necessary.
Blanchard, who founded Bridge Builders Ltd. in 2003, has a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in counseling and has been a certified professional guardian since 2002.
WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic — Sequim’s free clinic, which provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. The Basic Urgent Care Clinic is open to patients on Monday and Thursday evenings beginning at 5 p.m.
