SEQUIM — Halloween 2013 is history, but the Sequim Art Walk crew is stretching things out a bit.
A “zombie crawl” will be part of the festivities downtown tonight, as the Sunshine Cafe, 145 W. Washington St., and Wind Rose Cellars right next door offer treats and prizes to visitors dressed as zombies or zombie hunters.
And since this is the night for the monthly art stroll, Wind Rose and Sunshine are surrounded by other venues with art displays, music and refreshments from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Admission is free to the stops on the walk, and a free map and guide are available at www.SequimArtWalk.com.
Here’s a sampling of places to visit.
■ The Blue Whole Gallery, 129 W. Washington St., showcases watercolors by Ryoko Toyama and stonework and jewelry by Janine Hegy in a Thanksgiving-themed exhibition titled “Thanks Be.”
■ The Doodlebugs craft shop, 138 W. Washington St., offers a free “make and take” activity from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
■ Pacific Mist Books, 121 W. Washington St., is marking the shop’s 20th anniversary and featuring Jean Wyatt’s handmade books and journals.
■ Sequim Spice and Tea is a new art walk venue at 115 N. Sequim Ave.
■ Olympic Theatre Arts, 414 N. Sequim Ave., is displaying whimsical metal sculptures by John McBride and paintings by Kim McBride.
■ The Museum & Arts Center, 175 W. Cedar St., has two autumn art exhibitions: Sherry Mizuta’s carved gourds and “Strong Stitches,” the juried show featuring 45 fiber artists from across the Northwest.
■ Rainshadow Coffee Roasting Co., 157 W. Cedar St., hosts live music with Neil Usselman.
■ R&T Crystals and Beads, 158 E. Bell St., hosts jewelry demonstrations with D’Ann Gonzales, Paulette Hill and Gail McLain.
■ The LARC Gallery, 425 E. Washington St., celebrates the work of local artists such as photographer Robert Haspel and many others, plus the 4-D Show, with people’s choice voting on “daring, dastardly and diligently done” art today through Saturday.
