Wondering about the weather at Hurricane Ridge? Computer users can now see for themselves through a Web camera accessible via the Olympic National Park’s Internet site, www.nps.gov/olym.
The “Web cam” near the Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center provides a new view every 15 minutes into the heart of the Olympic Mountains, including Mount Olympus, park officials said Monday.
Online visitors can also check conditions at Lake Crescent, where a Web cam records visibility as part of an air quality monitoring station. The Lake Crescent image is updated hourly.
