PORT ANGELES — Clallam County’s Night to Shine organizers are seeking volunteers to help with the annual event.
Night to Shine is a volunteer-driven free prom for individuals with special needs who are 14 and older.
It was originated by the Tim Tebow Foundation.
This year’s prom, which will serve all of the North Olympic Peninsula, will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7 at the Vern Burton Center, 308 E. Fourth St.
Volunteers must be 16 or older, must preregister, pass a background check and read a training document.
There are many opportunities before, during and after the prom for individuals to be involved.
