Hospice training
SEQUIM — Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County will conduct a Community Education and Volunteer Training series from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Fridays from March 22 to April 26.
The 12-hour course reviews the history and philosophy behind hospice care, discusses attitudes towards death and dying, explores the grieving process and trains volunteers so they can provide services through VHOCC.
There is no charge for this training but space is limited so pre-registration is required.
