DNR updates wildland maps

OLYMPIA — The state Department of Natural Resources is offering three updated public lands maps covering the areas around Chewelah, Mount Baker and Mount Adams.
The public lands quadrangle maps are part of a series of 50 maps that DNR publishes. They detail roads, property boundaries, trails and recreation sites.
Each full-color map costs state residents $9 plus sales tax. Discounts are available for purchases of larger quantities. Maps can be purchased online at http://tinyurl.com/PDN-DNRmaps.
