SEQUIM — Clallam County sheriff’s authorities reported this afternoon that Jose Manuel Servin, listed as missing after not being seen for a week, was located “safe and unharmed” in Kitsap County.
“He is no longer considered a missing person,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

SEQUIM — Authorities today said they regard a 28-year-old Sequim man who hasn’t been seen in a week as missing and described him as despondent.
Jose Manuel Servin has been missing since last Friday, March 20, when he dropped off his child with his parents on Valley View Drive in Sequim at about 8 p.m., the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office said.
He was driving a dark gray 1997 Honda Prelude bearing Washington license plate number AKR7656.
Servin is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5-foot-6, weighs approximately 145 pounds with short, close-cut black hair.
He was wearing what has been described as a white polo shirt, blue jeans, a brown vest and black ankle-length boots.
