PORT ANGELES — Infectious belly laughter adds extra tickles to their quirky jokes.
Make no mistake — hilarious red-bearded twin brothers Randy and Rick Dickinson are dead serious about one thing.
They keep the Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts trash-free.
