PORT ANGELES — Tickets are on sale now for the Jeff Pearson Memorial Wing Cook-Off set to be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 8.
The fundraising event, sponsored by Coyote BBQ Pub, will take place at The Gateway Transit Center, 128 E. Railroad Ave.
The event will feature live music by Black Diamond Junction, a beer garden and a celebration of Jeff Pearson.
Pearson, who died from influenza in March, was a manager at the Kokopelli Grill.
VIP passes, available for $50, include VIP seating and wing tasting from the competition.
Entry to the beer garden and to the music venue is free.
Proceeds from the cook-off will benefit the United Way and local non-profit Pennies for Quarters.
