PORT ANGELES — Port Angeles Parks and Recreation Department employee Brooke Keohokaloke watches as a crane lifts the downtown Port Angeles Christmas tree into place after it was delivered to the plaza in front of the Conrad Dyar Memorial Fountain at First and Laurel streets Wednesday.
The 30-foot-tall fir tree was donated by Kim Weimer of Port Angeles and will be decorated in time for a tree-lighting ceremony Saturday, Nov. 30.
