Special Mother’s Day events set around Peninsula

Sanelli has authored numerous books of poetry and essays and is a monthly Port Townsend columnist for the Peninsula Daily News.

She is in the process of caring for her elderly mother and has invited Rhonda Curry, assistant administrator of strategic marketing and communications at Olympic Medical Center — and a local mom — to participate by reading a piece she has prepared for the occasion.

Sanelli also will sign copies of her newest book, Among Friends.
