PORT ANGELES — Shelter Providers Network of Clallam County will discuss options in reducing homelessness when the group meets Wednesday.
The meeting will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Room 160 at Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St. Registration will begin at 9:45 a.m.
Everyone who is interested in ending homelessness in Clallam County is welcome. There is no charge to attend.
“Tiny houses and RVs can be part of the solution if we can negotiate all the legalities, and provide the supportive services necessary for positive outcomes,” said Martha Ireland, Network coordinator.
Rounding out the agenda will be reports from last month’s annual Point-In-Time count of people who are homeless; Project Homeless Connect, coming up March 4; Port Angeles’ Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative meeting; and homelessness-related legislation.
