Sequim: Filing closes for School Board seat

SEQUIM — Two candidates have filed to run for the Sequim School Board position recently vacated by Mic Sager.

Suzi W. Schmidt, 59, of 80 South Solmar Drive and Sharon Tate of 262 Heuhslein Road filed for the School Board Position 5 seat by Thursday of last week.

No new candidates entered the race Friday, the last day of a three-day filing period.
