SEQUIM — The Sequim Elks will host a disaster outreach project in cooperation with Clallam County Emergency Management and Clallam County Fire District No. 3 at noon Friday.
The project will be held at the Elks’ lodge, 143 Port Williams Road.
The free program will help attendees start to prepare to respond to disasters.
Attendees will have an opportunity to win, and be trained on, an all-weather NOAA radio or an emergency starter backpack.
Elder care providers, early childhood centers, school or outreach program representatives are welcome to attend.
