SEQUIM — City Council members Monday night agreed to relocate a public restroom originally slated to be built at the intersection of Washington and Seal streets.
The restroom, which is being constructed with money from the city’s sewer fund, will instead be constructed in the new parking lot on North Sequim Avenue near its intersection with Cedar Street.
The suggestion came out of planning for downtown revitalization work, which is expected to being early this summer.
Council members, meeting Monday night, refused to resurrect discussion about blocking traffic from turning off Washington Street onto Seal Street.
