PORT ANGELES — An open house with new Olympic National Park Superintendent Karen Gustin will be held on Tuesday.
The meet-and-greet will last from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the park’s visitor center, 3002 Mount Angeles Road.
Gustin began her job as superintendent early in July and moved into her office at 600 E. Park Ave. on July 21.
She said she is holding the open house to get to know the community better.
“I wanted to provide an opportunity for people to come in and meet me,” she said.
The Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce and Friends of the Olympic National Park will co-host the open house.
