PORT TOWNSEND — Hundreds of Jefferson County residents turned out Monday to the Memorial Day dedication of a plaque honoring the memory of the six county residents killed in Vietnam.
The memorial was presented by members of Elks Lodge No. 317 during a 1 p.m. ceremony at Memorial Athletic Field.
Inscribed on the plaque are the names of the men killed, their branch of service and the date of their death.
