Bill Medlicott has been selected to fill the final seat on the Port Townsend city ethics board investigating a complaint against Councilwoman Freida Fenn.
He fills a vacancy left by Edel Sokol, who the existing two board members voted to remove from the board to avoid any fairness issues that could arise during the ethics process.
Members of the board are drawn at random by Port Townsend city officials using a list of citizens on city committees.
The board comprised of Medlicott, Eric Kuzma and Barbara Pastore will meet at 10 a.m. today in the council chambers of City Hall, 540 Water St.
