PORT TOWNSEND — Mistakes cost the youthful Port Townsend Redskins dearly in a Nisqually League baseball game against North Mason on Monday.
The Bulldogs, a Class 3A school, had a no-hitter going with three pitchers against Port Townsend in the seventh inning but settled for a one-hit 9-3 victory.
The 2A Redskins, now 1-4 in league and 1-5 overall, shot themselves in the foot with five errors.
