PORT TOWNSEND – Intellicheck-Mobilisa Inc. has named Rick Sykes as director of government business development.
Sykes’ main duties include maintaining and creating business relationships with the military, Department of Homeland Security and numerous other federal agencies involved in next-generation identity systems.
Sykes also will manage the company’s government sales force for the Defense ID product line and its new Transportation Worker Identity Credential reader.
Sykes is a military combat veteran in the Navy with more 25 years of sales and business development experience in the federal government.
His most recent position was with Eid Passport as the director of military business development for the RAPIDGate program, and he was previously with Holocom Networks, Netaccess and Tylink.
Port Townsend-based Intellicheck-Mobilisa develops and markets wireless technology and identity systems for various applications, including mobile and handheld wireless devices for the government, military and commercial markets.
