The man who allegedly killed a Clallam County sheriff’s deputy last August could face trial in another county.
The attorney for Thomas Martin Roberts, 54, submitted a motion to change venue last week.
“They’ve filed the motion without a whole lot of support for it,” said Richard L. Suryan, chief criminal deputy prosecuting attorney.
