PORT ANGELES — The City Council will consider Dec. 18 a temporary easement through the former Rayonier pulp mill site connecting the Waterfront and Olympic Discovery trails.
The temporary easement calls for the link to run from the former mill site’s western gate, along an abandoned railroad bed, outside the main gate, parallel to the site’s fence, across Ennis Creek and north to the water, where it will turn east on the abandoned railroad bed.
It will cover about 7,000 feet on the Rayonier property.
