PORT ANGELES — Drug task force agents seized more than $117,000 in cash Wednesday night and arrested a prominent real estate agent in a cocaine ring investigation.
Paul Alan “P.I.” Pendergrass, 50, appeared Thursday afternoon in Clallam County Superior Court after being booked for investigation of conspiracy to deliver cocaine.
Pendergrass, handcuffed and wearing a sweatshirt, was not charged but was placed on a 72-hour hold, with his bail set at $75,000.
He is scheduled to return to Superior Court on Monday, when Clallam County Prosecuting Attorney Deb Kelly is expected to file formal charges against him.
