PORT ANGELES — Police are searching for a man who robbed a coffee stand at about 6:30 or 7 tonight.
The man took an undetermined amount of cash from Just Rewards Espresso at 1001 E. First St., Port Angeles, and fled after displaying a gun to the clerk, said Port Angeles Police Chief Terry Gallagher.
He was described as a white man with gray hair who was wearing a fake beard and a baseball cap.
Police set up a search area of about a one-mile radius, the chief said, and were searching for the robber within that area Tuesday night.
A K-9 unit and agents with the U.S. Border Patrol were assisting.
