PORT ANGELES — Jim L. Anderson says having his son return home from Iraq was the best Father’s Day present he could imagine.
At the arrival gate of William R. Fairchild International Airport on Sunday afternoon, Marine Corps Pfc. Robert L. Anderson shared hugs with his father, Jim, mother, Vicki, and other relatives and friends.
“It feels good to be home,” Anderson, 21, said.
“This 60-degree weather may be cold to you guys, but compared to 130 degrees its nice.”
