PORT ANGELES — The city of Port Angeles is seeking applicants to fill vacant seats on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and the Utility Advisory Committee.
The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee advises the city council on activities or facilities that should be funded with lodging tax revenues.
Committee members are appointed for two-year terms and meets on an as-needed basis.
The vacant seats are for a member who represents activities that are eligible to receive lodging tax funds and two non-voting community member-at-large members.
Application forms for this committee can be downloaded from www.tinyurl.com/PDN-Lodging- Tax or picked up from the city manager’s office in city hall, 321 E. Fifth St.
The Utility Advisory Committee advises the city council on matters relating to city’s utility policy and operation.
Committee members are appointed for two-year terms and meet at 3 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every other month.

Applications for both committees must be returned to the city manager’s office; the positions are open until filled.
