CHIMACUM — Mary Neville, a 15-year-old sophomore at Jefferson Community School in Port Townsend, is crowned the Rhody Queen for 2019 by 2018 queen Desirae Kudronowicz during a coronation ceremony Saturday at Chimacum High School.
