The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver on the Fourth of July, so Monday’s Peninsula Daily News, which is delivered only by mail or online, will be presented only on the PDN website at www.peninsuladailynews.com.
Mail is not delivered on federal holidays. After Monday, the postal service will observe five more federal holidays this year: Labor Day on Sept. 5, Columbus Day on Oct. 10, Veterans Day on Nov. 11, Thanksgiving on Nov. 24 and Christmas on Dec. 26, observed on a Monday because Christmas falls on Sunday.
On Monday, the entire Clallam and Jefferson county editions will be presented in the PDN’s online replicas, which are available free to print subscribers at www.peninsuladailynews.com and on the PDN’s mobile app.
To access the replica print editions online, go to Menu at the top left of Homepage, click on it and move down to Print Edition near the bottom of the drop-down menu.
Click on that and choose either the Clallam County edition or the Jefferson County edition.
All print subscribers have access to the digital editions as part of their regular subscriptions and can access the newspaper that day by logging in with their username and password.
Those who need assistance in accessing the website can call 360-452-2345 and choose the Circulation option. Staff will be available to help today.
Stories also can be read on the website.
The free mobile app for the PDN can be downloaded from Apple Store and Google Play store.
