The North Olympic Library System has announced the schedule for this year’s Paws to Read program.
The program will be offered at the Port Angeles and Forks branches of the library from September through May.
The Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., Port Angeles, will host the program from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. the first Thursday of each month.
It is also available at the Forks Library, 171 S. Forks Ave., Forks, at 11 a.m. the third Friday of each month.
The Paws to Read program, presented in cooperation with Therapy Dogs International, pairs readers of all ages with therapy dogs to improve reading skills.
This program is offered free of charge.
