PORT ANGELES — Two men who allegedly stole a van, shopped with a stolen credit card and confronted an employee at a Discovery Bay business with a knife are expected to be charged this week in Clallam County Superior Court.
Benjamin Noel Cary, 25, and Christopher Daniel Waldron, 27, appeared before a Clallam County Superior Court judge on Friday and were released on their own recognizance while prosecutors consider what charges to file.
The men are scheduled to return to court at 1 p.m. Tuesday for charging.
They were arrested Thursday for investigation of burglary, theft, possession of stolen property and forgery.
They may also face charges in Jefferson County Superior Court.
