Workers move materials on Wednesday at the site of a future planned four-story, 106-room hotel being built by the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe between First Street and Railroad Avenue at Laurel Street in downtown Port Angeles. Work resumed on the project this week after delays in the permitting process and reassessment of the hotel plans to account for inflation and other factors.
