PORT ANGELES — The City Council will discuss a complaint against council member Max Mania in open, public session during tonight’s regular meeting, City Manager Dan McKeen said this afternoon.
The regular meeting, which will be preceded by an unrelated executive session, begins at 6 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 321 E. Fifth St.
It is unknown when the complaint will be discussed.
A complaint originally was scheduled on the City Council agenda to be discussed in a separate executive session closed to the public.
“Max did request that it be moved from executive session to open session,” McKeen said.
A packet of information prepared for the City Council by council member Brooke Nelson will be discussed, as will the complaint filed with the City Council by former Clallam County Democratic Party Vice-Chair Jack Slowriver, McKeen said.
